Here’s a little something fun: Denny and I have been working on layering media to create a finished piece that offers more than either his paintings/sculptures or my digital projections or performances offer on their own. And, here’s a quick photo I snapped of step one in the process.

What are we seeing in this photo…? This is a video where I am interacting with a plaster cast of my own face. The video is then projected back onto a cloth background so I can go back into the video, thus adding another layer. I thought it was such a visually rich image and snapped a quick photo of it to share.
